 Memorial Donations

An individual is never truly gone until forgotten. Let us help you keep their memory alive by creating an individual memorial to honor the life of your loved one. Memorials are a wonderful way to pay tribute to the lives of our loved ones.  The Hannibal Regional Hospital Foundation is committed to offering meaningful and convenient ways for families and friends to honor loved ones.  Memorials can be directed to a special service, such as the James E. Cary Cancer Center, or can be directed to fund endowments or expansion projects.
 
Your gift is a tribute to the important role the individual played in your life. It can establish a permanent link with the past and encourages others to participate in a vision for the future.
 
Here are a few ways to make a memorial donation:
 
•     Donate online – you will be redirected to our online donation page. *Chose the Tribute Type to select in honor/memory and fill out the information. If you would like the Foundation to notify the family, please chose Tribute Notification and fill out the information. The family of the person whom the donation was made in honor/memory of will be notified of your thoughtful gift.
•     Donate by mail – clicking this link will direct you to a form to print, fill out and mail into the Foundation office.
•     Donate over the phone via credit card – The Foundation office can be reached at 573-629-3577.
•     In person – The Foundation office is located at 175 Shinn Lane, Hannibal, MO.  Click here for a map.
