Wendy Harrington – President/CEO
Wendy Harrington leads the Hannibal Regional Hospital Foundation in partnership with the Hannibal Regional Hospital Foundation Board. Harrington, a native of northeast Missouri, is passionate about sustaining and enhancing the excellent healthcare services provided by the Hannibal Regional Healthcare System. As President of the Foundation, Harrington manages all efforts to raise, fiscally manage and disburse privately donated funds to Hannibal Regional Hospital to maintain and grow its services. Previous to her role with the Foundation, Wendy led a Business Research Group for the University of Missouri, and previous to that was the Director of Marketing for a national mail order catalog. Harrington holds a Bachelor of Science degree from William Woods University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a Doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Wendy and her husband Pete reside in rural Shelbyville with their two children Taylor and Jared.

Sarah L. Boleach - Director – Development Sarah Boleach has worked for Hannibal Regional Hospital Foundation for nine years as the Director – Development. During that time, Ms. Boleach has focused her efforts on effectively raising philanthropic dollars to support Hannibal Regional Healthcare System through grant writing, special events, recognition programs, annual giving programs and assisting in the development of a planned gifts program within the Foundation. Ms. Boleach graduated with a B.S. in Speech Communications for Hannibal LaGrange College. She currently resides south of Hannibal, with her husband and three children. Ms. Boleach is an active member of the Association of Hospital Philanthropy, Association of Fundraising Professionals, the Midwest Planned Gifts Association and the CHART Wellness Association.

Angela D. Wilcoxson – Director - Finance
Angie Wilcoxson has been a member of the Hannibal Regional Hospital Foundation team for two years. Ms. Wilcoxson assumes fiscal responsibility for all funding received by the Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Wilcoxson was employed as an Accountant with Buckhorn Rubber Products, Inc of Hannibal. She has also served as the Accounting Director for Lenoir Retirement Community and as a Senior Management Analyst for University Hospital, both of Columbia, Missouri. Ms. Wilcoxson is a graduate of Hannibal High School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Hannibal-LaGrange College. Having lived in Harrisburg, Missouri for twelve years following graduation, she returned to Hannibal in 2004 and resides there with her two daughters, Emily and Abby.
