The Hannibal Regional Hospital Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors, the Directors of which are chosen from the diverse elements of the Northeast Missouri communities, and represent many areas, professions, walks of life and interests. This Board of Directors oversees the fundraising and organizational work of a hired President and a staff. The staff and the individual Directors of the Board work to:

• Raise philanthropic dollars
• Be good stewards of that money; investing it wisely and spending it according to the wishes of its donors
• Determine its best use and disbursing it accordingly, considering the mission and strategic plans of Hannibal Regional Hospital.
